Notes on the use of turmeric:
To increase the absorption of turmeric, you can use white or black pepper. Small amounts of fat with turmeric also help with absorption. Heating it slightly will also help with absorption.
You can increase the absorption of curcumin by:
Taking 1 tbsp of curcumin powder with 1-2 eggs and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
You could also add 1 tbsp of curcumin to 1 quart of boiling water for 10 minutes and then let it cool down. Drink the mixture within four hours.
Turmeric has virtually no side effects.
